
The company invests in various cities throughout the American West and South. More
specifically, we focus on six markets: (1) Los Angeles, (2) Riverside, (3) Las Vegas, (4)
Phoenix, (5) Miami & (6) Houston. All these metropolitan areas are projected to experience
significant population and job growth over the next 30 years, making them excellent markets
to invest in.
Our company specializes in residential properties. We acquire both single-family homes
and multi-family properties. Our goal is to maintain stable cash flows on our multi-family
units while generating a large equity return on our single-family homes.
We invest in middle-class neighborhoods where housing prices fall in the median range. In
these types of neighborhoods, we look for homes with 3 beds, 2 baths, a garage and
approximately 1,600 square feet of living space.
We also invest in income-producing properties in neighborhoods with low vacancy rates, a
stable job market, and close proximity to the city center.
In addition we look for undervalued homes in need of repair. Such properties, also called
"Diamonds in the Rough," make great investments because by doing some renovation work,
these properties can rise appreciably in value within a short period of time.
